There’s an abundance of yoga programs one can follow. It’s easy to get overwhelmed, however, and forget that some are better suited for beginners than others. This is why I’ve compiled a list of beginner yoga programs you should try — some are free while others have a small fee.

This yoga program is good for those who want to learn basic poses during a short period of time but not necessarily commit to a longer program.

4. Basic Beginner Yoga Program

The Basic Beginner Yoga Program is one of the most comprehensive beginner yoga programs you can follow. It takes you through 52 yoga poses in a short time frame, which allows you to get your feet wet as an aspiring yogi.

This is a great choice for someone who wants to experiment with many different types of yoga poses in a short period of time.

5. Beginner's Journey Program

This beginner yoga program is a great choice for someone who wants to learn yoga, meditation, and relaxation under one roof. It’s a series of 9 videos that you can follow at home through your computer or TV so you can practice anywhere.

This is an awesome beginner program because it teaches you basics of yoga in a simple way that anybody can follow.
